Eddie Hooker

Founder of Hamilton Fraser, Eddie Hooker is an expert in the cosmetic insurance sector with over 26 years’ experience. Miriam Martinez Callejas

Martinez Callejas holds a master’s degree in Pharmacy with international experience in bio-pharmacy research, compounding and nutrition.
Dr Masud Haq
Consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology and Medicine

Dr Haq is a Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology, and Founder and Medical Director of the Wellness Hormone Clinic practising in London, Kent and Belfast. He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at King’s College, London.
Dr Haq trained at Guy’s and St.Thomas’ Medical School, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, and St.Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne, and completed a doctorate in thyroid disease at the Royal Marsden Hospital and the Institute of Cancer Research.
With over 28 years of experience, he has a specialist interest in managing patients with the menopause, menstrual disorders, testosterone deficiency, obesity and thyroid conditions. His comprehensive and personalised approach has allowed him to excel in his field.
Dr Haq was a double finalist at the HSJ Value awards in 2021 and won the European Award in Medicine for Endocrinology in 2024. He has been the principal investigator in major studies like ADDRESS-2 and the Omnipod global study. He has published over 140 articles in peer-reviewed journals including book chapters.
He is a member of the British Menopause Society, Society of Endocrinology, British Thyroid Association and Diabetes UK. He was on the steering committee for the Joint British Diabetes Society (JBDS) inpatient working group and authored several national guidelines.

Professor Mark Birch-Machin
Mark Birch-Machin, PhD, is:

Mark has previously worked at Universities in Oregon, Paris and Toronto. He is a member of the
Editorial Board of several international dermatology journals, and national/international advisory boards and grant committees for skin research and cosmetic regulation. He was presented with a LifeTime Achievement award for his contribution to Cosmetic Science at the Royal Society of Chemistry in 2023.
His research is wide ranging with a focus on the response of human skin to the environment, particularly within the context of skin ageing and has been funded extensively over the last 30 years by UK research councils, charities, UK government and global companies.
Mark pioneered the use of mitochondrial DNA as a biomarker of environmentally induced damage
in skin. He has published extensively including three different Nature journals, has co-founded three spin out companies (one in Canada and two in the UK) and is also a co-inventor on multiple patents. He has a 25 year track record of working with international media (TV, radio, newspapers, magazines) and has been a press spokesperson for national and international skin charities.
Sascha Landskron
Sascha Landskron, is a Specialist Dietitian registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She has over 20 years of clinical experience, and has worked with over 20,000 patients of all ages, in the UK and abroad.
She holds an MSc in Advanced Dietetic Practice, a BSc in Nutrition and Food Sciences and has completed postgraduate training in Nutrition and Genetics. Her specialist areas of practice include: nutritional genomics, weight management, allergies and intolerances and mental health.
Dr Itunu Johnson-Sogbetun

(Dr Sho) is a UK based portfolio General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience. Dr Johnson-Sogbetun strongly believes in the bio-psycho-social interaction that underpins health and well being and utilising this approach, she empowers her patients to live their healthiest lives physically and mentally.
She has a special interest in women’s health, sexual and reproductive health and menopause care. She delivers her high quality, holistic, personalised care to patients in both the National Health Service and Private sector.
As part of her interest in women’s health and the menopause, Dr Johnson-Sogbetun is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum where she also sits on the Rock My Menopause Committee. Additionally, she works as a GP with a special interest in gynaecology at an NHS community clinic.
She is a member of the RCGP North West London Faculty Board where she leads the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy. She partners with the Board to improve health equality for patients and create opportunities for GPs from underrepresented groups to advance their medical careers. She is the founder of HEAL for Black People, an organisation that educates the Black community on health issues and advocates for health equity.
Julie Scott
Julie Scott is an NMC registered Independent Nurse Prescriber and Level 7 qualified aesthetic injector with over 30 years experience in the field of plastics and skin rejuvenation.
Julie began her career as a plastics and reconstructive nurse at leading NHS hospitals and worked as the clinical nurse specialist for a renowned group of London plastic surgeons. In 2003, Julie opened her own clinic and since then has grown Facial Aesthetics Ltd to a successful aesthetics clinic providing wide-ranging therapeutic techniques for skin ageing and dermatological skin conditions to patients across Essex. The clinic won Best Clinic of the Year for South England in 2023. In recognition of her work both in her clinic and beyond, such as presenting at conferences across the country and writing for respected aesthetic publications, Julie herself won Nurse of the Year at the Aesthetic Awards in 2022 and 2024; additionally, she was awarded Nurse of the Year by Aesthetic Medicine in 2024.
Julie believes in prevention and maintenance to achieve maximum skin health. She joined Interface Aesthetics in 2022 and is a lead clinical injectables trainer, having taught extensively over her career. Julie firmly places safety and patient-centred care at the fore of her clinical practice, as is reflected by her position as an Ambassador for the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) and a board member for the Dermatology Aesthetic Nurses Association Ireland (DANAI), as well as a KOL for other leading aesthetic brands.
Dr Shahzadi Harper
Dr Harper is an inspiring forward thinking menopause and perimenopause doctor with 30 years of experience who always thinks of the needs of each woman individually. She is Author of The Perimenopause Solution & Founder of The Harper Clinic, a leading peri Menopause and Menopause clinic in Harley Street, London. She graduated from university college and has a combined holistic and medical approach. She understands how hormonal imbalance, weight, skin and ageing can affect both physical and mental health. She believes for a woman to look and feel optimal you have to have a 360 degree mind, body and soul approach, each symptom cannot and should not be addressed on its own. She’s also not afraid to talk about subjects such as libido, vulval & vaginal health to help women regain their confidence and sexy back.
Tracey Dennison
Tracey is the Consultant Nurse Practitioner at East Riding Aesthetics & Wellness, an aesthetic clinic which focuses on supporting women's hormonal changes including weight management. Tracey is also a clinical trainer with over three decades of nursing experience. She is also a British Menopause Society (BMS) Registered Advanced Specialist in menopause care and an educator in this field.
Dr Farnaaz Sharief
MBE
Farnaaz is an Executive and DISC certified coach with extensive experience in working across organisational boundaries to empower individuals. She is a Senior Fellow with the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, understands system’s challenges, is passionate about building relationships, transforming teams, and keeping people focused, motivated and moving.
A GP by background and former Medical Director, Farnaaz has over 15 years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams across primary and secondary care. Throughout her extensive career she has developed an in depth understanding of the challenges faced by clinical leaders and developed a multi-award-winning resilience programme that has seen people improve their psychological well-being, build confidence and enhance fulfilment in their job roles. This saw her feature on the Queen’s birthday honours list in 2018 and receive a British Citizens Award for healthcare at the House of Lords the year before.
She creates safe reflective spaces, using robust coaching methodologies, such as the GROW model to inform her approach. Farnaaz encourages people to think differently, recognise their strengths and bring about meaningful change to their personal and professional lives.
Her facilitated sessions are a balance of gentle humour, constructive challenge, grounding mindfulness and interactive discussion that enhance individual strengths and enable purposeful engagement. By using DISC assessments, she helps individuals improve their understanding of themselves by giving them more insight into how they make tough decisions, deal with negative feedback, improve relationships and gain more influence. Her clinical acumen, leadership style and solution focused approach has strengthened clinical teams across health and care partnerships and established placed based clinical collaboratives built on mutual trust and respect.
As a senior clinical leader, she has led numerous high performing teams, encouraging them to think creatively and deliver new models of care that improve patients’ experience and health outcomes.
Dr Rachel Jones
Founder of The Hormone Clinic, Dr Rachel Jones studied medicine at St Bartholomew’s Medical School in London and has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree. She specialised in Forensic and General Psychiatry and left the NHS after many years to build a successful private practice.
She is a member of The Royal College of Psychiatrists.
She has had several research articles published and co wrote a clinical handbook in acute psychiatry for psychiatrists, published in 2007. She also developed, organised and taught on a professional MRCPsych clinical examination course. She developed a special interest in hormones and trained in the use of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through the world leaders at The Marion Gluck Training Academy.
Other than her obsession with hormones, she loves to exercise, interior design (having built her own Grand Designs House), and spending time with her 4 children, family, and friends. Dr Jones has also just recently won 2 regional UK Business Awards for Businesswoman of the Year and CEO of the year.
Claire Newman
Claire Newman is a highly experienced Mental Health Nurse Prescriber and the Director of Soft Touches Aesthetics, based in Hertfordshire. With over 25 years of nursing experience and more than a decade in the field of aesthetics, Claire is dedicated to enhancing both physical appearance and mental wellbeing.
Adopting a holistic approach, Claire integrates her expertise into her menopause clinic, focusing on improving the overall health and confidence of her patients. As a Derma Medical trainer for the past 7 years, she has passionately shared her extensive knowledge with aspiring practitioners. Her commitment to mental health, confidence-building, and promoting overall wellbeing is at the heart of everything she does.

Allegra Foxlie
Allegra is the podcast host of “The Brain & Body Podcast”. She’s a specialist trauma-informed bodyworker, neurogenic exercise expert, and author of the book "HTR: Hormone Tension Release" which details how adverse childhood histories, a challenging life, and trauma disrupt the female body, dysregulating the nervous system, hormones etc.
This results in an increased likelihood of being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, a psychiatric disorder such as Major Depressive Disorder or Major Panic Disorder, worse premenstrual, perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms.
She coined the term “Perimenopausal Exacerbation” and gives talks on how peri and menopause can exacerbate nervous system conditions such as Bipolar, ADHD, CPTSD etc.
Importantly she helps clients to process their past, by helping to calm and regulate the nervous system, using neurogenic exercise, helping them to feel better.
Dr Hazel Parkinson

Dr Hazel Parkinson is a GP and aesthetic doctor with over 20 years of experience in general practice, dermatology, and women’s health, with a focus on menopause management. She divides her time between her NHS role within the Warwickshire Primary Care Gynaecology Service, supporting women with menopause and other women's health concerns—and her private aesthetics and wellness clinic, Dr Hazel Skin Solutions.
In her private practice, Dr Parkinson offers advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments and cosmetic dermatology, specialising in perimenopausal and menopausal skin concerns. She is a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS), the Primary Care Women's Health Forum, and an associate member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM). Dr Parkinson is also a clinical representative for Valerie, a perimenopausal supplement company, and is thrilled to join the expert panel at the Menopause in Aesthetics Conference.
Dr Carys Sonnenberg
Has over 20 years as an NHS GP with an interest in women’s health. She is an accredited British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist and is the founder of Rowena Health Menopause Clinic. She is a diplomate of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health. She is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy and in nutrigenomics and has an interest in holistic menopause management, metabolic health and weight management. She sits on the education committee for the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum. She is co-author for the book Women’s Health Made Easy, due to be published in 2025.
Dr Ginni Mansberg
Dr Ginni Mansberg is a GP specialising in menopause. Based in Australia, she is also the founder of Evidence Skincare (ESK), the author of The M Word and How to Thrive in Menopause, a TV presenter, podcaster and columnist. Dr Mansberg is a member of both the Australian and International Menopause Societies, and a founding member of the Asia-Pacific HPV Coalition.
Anna Baker

Anna Baker is an award-winning Aesthetic Nurse, Trainer & Qualified Educator with over 17 years’ experience in Aesthetic Medicine. She has held senior nurse injectable positions at several high street clinic chains and jointly set up 3 nurse-led aesthetic clinics in conjunction with Consultant Plastic Surgeon, Mr Dalvi Humzah, as well as nurse led topical photodynamic therapy clinics in conjunction with Galderma UK Ltd. She co-founded the multi-award-winning training brand Dalvi Humzah Aesthetic Training in 2011 and practices as a business partner at The Retreatery Medical Aesthetic Clinic, a multi-disciplinary nurse-led clinic in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
With a keen interest in facial anatomy, Anna holds a post-graduate certificate in Applied Clinical Anatomy-specialising in head and neck anatomy, and has undertaken the NMC Practice Educator Qualification at King’s College London as part of her Clinical Education studies. Anna was awarded ‘Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of The Year’ at the Aesthetic Awards 2017, and ‘Highly Commended’ in 2015 & 2016. Anna is part of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and is the Aesthetic Nursing Section Editor for The PMFA Journal, and frequently contributes anatomical and aesthetic articles to a number of journals. She regularly presents at national and international aesthetic and anatomical conferences and has been a previous runner up for ‘Dermatology Nurse of The Year’ at The British Journal of Nursing Awards in 2014 and been awarded ‘Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of The Year’ at The British Journal of Nursing Awards in 2016, Anna is a board member for The British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN), and leads on the current BAMAN Nurse Career & Competency Framework and is Vice Chair of the BAMAN Education & Training Committee. Anna works as a Level 7 Moderator with VTCT and holds a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetics from MAP-IQ. She is currently undertaking a Clinical Dermatology MSc in her first year of study.
Anna also works on an independent consultancy basis and as a Key Opinion Leader with a number of aesthetic companies, including a training partnership with Croma, TSK, Skinade, and HydroPeptide. Anna has previously held a number of senior national training roles for companies specializing in a variety of skin and injectable treatments. She has extensive experience of presenting at national meetings and has presented at a number of international conferences, including Australia, Paris, Italy, Spain, Monaco, Poland & New Zealand.
Dr Raquel Amado
Dr. Raquel Amado, founder of Dr. Raquel Skin and Medical Cosmetics, is a renowned Level 7 Aesthetic Practitioner, Senior Clinical Trainer, Key Opinion Leader, and international speaker. A 2007 Dentistry graduate from Portugal, she specialises in regenerative aesthetics and holistic wellness, focusing on full-face rejuvenation with long-lasting, natural results.
Miss Smita Sinha

Miss Smita Sinha is a leading Consultant Gynaecologist with over 15 years of experience in Women’s health and medical education. In 2023, she founded the award-winning Serenity Women's Clinic in Taunton, which provides a one-stop service of comprehensive consultations and treatments for Women’s Proaging needs, including Menopause, Vulval health, Aesthetics, and Intimate wellness. She is regularly featured in the press and participates in events raising awareness about these aspects of Women’s Health and is a Trainer for intimate wellness treatments with Dermafocus.
Dr Nichola Conlon
Dr Nichola Conlon is an expert in cellular health, with particular focus on the science of ageing well. After a career in drug development, Dr Nichola founded Nuchido Laboratories driven by her belief that cutting-edge science should not lie hidden. Dr Nichola is an accomplished speaker and has a passion for translating advanced science in a consumer-friendly manner. She regularly speaks about the science behind the symptoms of menopause, educating and supporting people to take control of their health during the menopause transition.

Nabil Elmahdawi is Senior Consultant in Clinical Oncology, who started his NHS medical career in 1997, has led an outstanding service to the British community and contributed positively to the running of its service in A&E and General and acute Medicine and last but not least in Oncology where he is the Head of Service of Clinical Oncology, Radiation oncologist and brachytherapist.
He developed his passion to medical aesthetics though supporting and being cofounder of eJoli clinic 9 years ago; his role is the medical director and the injector of this leading medical aesthetic clinic in Beverley, UK.
Nabil Elmahdawi is a trainer and safety educator in the aesthetics field and has received global and awards and commendation throughout his oncology and aesthetic career. His high expertise in gynaecology oncology and aesthetic medicine has led to his development in the functional and aesthetic improvement in women cancer survivors and cancer survivors to compact the aging process of this gruelling illness.
Dr Sabika Karim

Dr Sabika is founder of Skin Medical and an international educator. Having attained her medical degree at King’s College London, she concurrently trained in both general practice and aesthetics. Dr Karim decided to specialise in the latter after being moved by its power to give her patients lasting confidence and create a real positive change in their lives.
In her 17 years of experience, Dr Karim has garnered a global reputation as an innovative and highly skilled aesthetic doctor and thought leader. Through teaching and lecturing both at her clinic, Skin Medical, and internationally she has managed to raise industry standards and form some of today's best practices. Dr Mayoni Gooneratne

Dr. Mayoni Gooneratne is the founder and medical director of Human Health and SkinFit, dedicated to helping women thrive inside and out. A former NHS colorectal and pelvic floor surgeon, she recognized gaps in women's health education and created The Clinic by Dr. Mayoni in 2015 for proactive, wellness-focused care. She has spoken at international conferences on aesthetics, hormone health, and curated the Medical Longevity Summit. Her work is published in outlets like Tatler and Cosmopolitan. Vice president of the British College of Functional Medicine, she also offers programs optimizing hormonal wellness to empower women through ageing transitions.
Alexandra Mills

Alex graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast. Alex studied both Nursing and Law. Alex was a nurse practitioner in a regional head and neck unit before moving into aesthetics. She has been working in the field of aesthetic medicine for 15 plus years and is the founder of AM Aesthetics, which has an outstanding reputation for “natural results” and patient care.
Alex has a keen interest in facial anatomy and education. She has attended master classes in London, Paris , Monaco and Asia. She has been a trainer and KOL for number of pharmaceutical companies in the UK and Ireland. She is multi published author in the realm of aesthetic medicine and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing. Alex is a member of the British Association of Comestic Nurses and the London lead. Alex has been involved in a clinical study looking at toxin application with a large pharmaceutical company
Alex takes a global approach to managing ageing, delivering natural results. She firmly agrees with “a less is more” approach.
Piroska Cavell

Tracey Jones
Tracey has been a qualified nurse since 1996 having roles in education and senior management. She is an independent prescriber educated to master’s Level and is a senior fellow for the higher education academy and a book author. Tracey has her own CQC registered skin clinic in Cheshire Blend Skin & Medical Aesthetics @blendskinclinic.
Tracey owns Inspire to Outstand a regulation consultancy and has supported over 500 clinics with CQC regulation matters. She has spoken at ACE, CCR, AM Live, AM North and the BACN and has been a judge for the Aesthetic Awards for the past three years.
Tracey’s specific interest is accountability having completed her MSc dissertation in this topic. She is a published author and has been a peer reviewer for two professional medical journals for several tears.
Charlotte Body
Charlotte Body is a businesswoman and the visionary behind M-Body Media.
Charlotte has launched, spearheaded and sold a number of successful businesses over the past 20 years, including Cosmetic News in 2010, now known as the Aesthetics Journal; the aesthetic specialty’s leading publication. Alongside this, Charlotte launched the Aesthetics Conference and Exhibition (ACE) in 2012.
She now owns and organises the UK’s largest menopause events, PAUSE Live and Menopause in Aesthetics.
Vicky Grammatikopoulou
Vicky Grammatikopoulou is the CEO and Founder of Vie Aesthetics, a multi-award-winning, CQC-regulated chain of aesthetic clinics in London, Essex, and Germany. Known for her dedication to excellence and passion for enhancing clients' lives, she has made her mark as a leader in the field, integrating innovative menopause services to support women through every stage of life.
As well as being a clinic owner, Vicky is an industry leader in aesthetics marketing, mentoring practitioners in branding, sales and sustainable growth.
Vicky regularly shares her knowledge through webinars, courses, and collaborations with industry leaders. Her upcoming participation as a panellist at the Menopause in Aesthetics conference underscores her passion for supporting clinics in addressing menopause-related health challenges.

Dr Mandy Leonhardt is a UK based General Practitioner, certified nutritionist and author.
