As the visionary behind Aesthetic Associates, a bespoke outsourcing service that matches the needs of practitioners with relevant experts, Charlotte is an entrepreneur with significant experience in medical aesthetics. She has launched and sold a number of successful businesses, including Cosmetic News (now Aesthetics journal), ACE and the Aesthetics Awards.
Vicky Eldridge

Vicky Eldridge is an award-winning journalist, editor and copywriter, with 18 years’ experience in aesthetics. She founded Aesthetic Medicine magazine, and has edited and contributed to five supplements for The Times on behalf of Raconteur on Cosmetic Procedures, Dermatology and Cosmetic Dentistry. She provides copywriting services that includes ghostwriting articles, website copy, newsletters, blogs, advertorials and more.

Flo is proud to be our engagement manager she has a wealth of experience in the aesthetic market managing clinics and looking after their patients needs. Her caring manner and her attributes of building client relationships makes her a pleasure to work with.
Megan Peek

A highly determined and hardworking individual, with qualifications in both Media and English. Megan is DMI and BCS accredited, with a passion for creating innovative campaigns and driving brands forward. With experience in organising both B2B and B2C events, Megan cannot wait for Menopause in Aesthetics 2024.
Kelly Poynter

Kelly has over 25 years experience working in blue chip companies organising events and client management. Kelly has also been involved in Investor Relations for 15 years, running roadshows and capital markets days. This wealth of experience means that Kelly has a strong and adaptable skillset, which includes excellent administration and communication, calendar management, and extensive organisational skills.
